How about trying BDMagic? I've ripped several blu-rays using its 3D MKV preset, so far so good No need to set any parameters manually I'm a newbie to computer.. Anyway I always got good 3D videos to play :P. That was back in May, and yes I knew about stereoscopic back then, people were complaining about it on the MakeMKV forum.
