I shut down my PC, powered-off the router, and then powered-off my modem. I waited about a minute and then reversed that. I then logged onto the router's GUI. I got "Success". The new one shows up as 10mbps mean while my usual is mbps. What exactly is going on? Is seems like the BitTorrent is running on the Gateway and I don't want it to do that.
